What We Do
uniNimbus Group, LLC is a firm of primarily Inspectors of Record (IORs) for California hospital replacement projects.
Over the last decade, our considerable experience with large hospital projects in the Bay Area and the ability to successfully cooperate with both the design and construction teams have established our reputation for quality and on time construction finish dates that is unprecedented in the industry. We have multiple teams of experienced IORs who have successfully worked together in the past and put management systems in place to concurrently run multiple, complex projects.

The most distinguishing characteristic of uniNimbus Group, LLC is our commitment to the concept of building in quality as opposed to inspecting in quality. Our effectiveness and success are measured by how well we support the stakeholders during design and construction and is particularly valuable to the LEAN approach to construction and even more directly to the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and the Design-Build delivery method of contracting the design and construction work. The primary way we achieve this goal is by becoming true team members and collaborating fully. This is a tribute to the unique experience and strong communication skills of our principals.

- Inspector of Record Services
- Provide Inspector of Record Services for Projects Regulated by Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) and Division of the State Architect (DSA)
- Provide Project Documentation Tracking and Assurance for documentation requiring review and approval by the Regulatory Agency.
- Coordinate OSHPD Field Staff for Site Visits and Document Review
- Provide Inspector of Record Services for Projects Regulated by Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) and Division of the State Architect (DSA)
