Leonard Sielewicz, S.E.
Over 30 years of professional experience in the design and construction industry has exposed Leonard to most, if not all of its aspects. It includes analysis and design of hospitals, high-rise structures in Los Angeles and off-shore drilling platforms in Santa Barbara. His experience with the Division of the State Architect as a District Structural Engineer has given Leonard thorough and intimate knowledge of the California Building Codes. Leonard is the founder and developer of uniNimbus, a project and QA/QC management software. |

Tres Lundquist
As cofounder of uniNimbus Group, Tres oversees the management and financial operations of the company. Since 2010 she has been involved in the development and administration of uniNimbus’ proprietary software and manages TIO documentation for HCAI projects. |

Steven Ferrara
A licensed Architect, Steven has over 20 years of experience as both an IOR and Architect on Hospital Projects. From his familiarity with all phases of design and construction he has had the chance to hone his skills as a problem solver to facilitate the relationship between IOR/Architect and Contractor for optimal results between the team and HCAI. |

With over 40 years of Healthcare Construction experience, Oren has acted as Program Director for projects such as: Children's Hospital in Los Angeles, Mills-Peninsula Hospital Replacement for Sutter Health, Vice president of Southern California Health Care Systems and Vice president of California Pacific Medical Center. He has united his talents and experience with uniNimbus Group, LLC as Director of Business Development. |
